Business developer duties and responsibilities:

– Develop, implement and manage our business development strategy
– Think of new ways to grow the business: devising partnerships, doing some leads outreach, and adding new services
– Developing connections with prospects and clients
– Present our company to potential clients

– Proven work experience as a Business Development Specialist, Sales Account Executive, or similar role for agencies
– Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
– Track record of achieving sales quotas
– Experience with CRM software
– Understanding of sales performance metrics
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
