Main Responsibilities
Answer the phone
Scheduling appointments
Correspond with patients via phone, text message, and email
Answer treatment-related questions
Ensure all appointment openings have been filled
Ensure all metrics are achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years call center experience
Be fluent in English with no accent
Be pleasant-sounding and easy to understand on the phone
Have a high proficiency in reading and writing in English
Be able to type quickly and accurately (50 wpm or greater)
Be able to work at consistently high-levels without mistakes
Have a good grasp of computers and technology
Sales experience would be helpful
