Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Work with the Director of Operations and CEO to follow-up on outstanding items from clients and patients
- Reconcile and verify confidential medical records and operations data
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure industry-best operational standards
- Maintain flow of inbound and outbound documents
- Produce accurate and timely reports
- Produce analysis with operating metrics data by procedure type
- Execute key data entry functions in effort to maintain day-to-day operations
- Prepare and assemble health services kits for field use
- Assist the Operations team on special projects & ad hoc requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
- Availability to work full-time strongly preferred
- Prior experience working in a medical office strongly preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, superior work ethic and integrity, and eagerness to learn
- High level of energy and flexibility with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong research skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
- Interest in healthcare operations and/or entrepreneurship
Pay Rate
- $5-$7 per hour
