Make Reservations for Venues, Restaurants, Etc.
Respond to Emails
Answer Calls
Qualifications
Previous management or executive experience
Fluent in English with no accent
Pleasant-sounding and easy to understand on the phone
High proficiency in reading and writing in English
Type quickly and accurately (60 wpm or greater)
Work at consistently high-levels without mistakes
Good grasp of computers and technology
College degree or higher
